Porter Robert Beckman

Meet our new nephew, Porter Robert Beckman.  Born on Friday, January 16th he was 9 lbs, 6 ozs and 21.5 inches long.  Mommy (Teri) and Daddy (Chris) are doing well but exhausted and Porter is a very content little guy!!  No pictures of Teri at her request :)

We haven't spent much time outside this winter.  Mostly because we get them all dressed and then put on the gloves and meltdowns occur.  Neither wants to wear gloves and we have tried many different kinds.  And then usually IF we do get outside Lydia doesn't want anything to do with the snow.  So it's just easier to stay cozy inside.  

But since we've all had cabin fever from being home for winter break I decided we were going to go out in the snow and we were going to have fun!!  I think we succeeded, although I've found out that my camera doesn't like being out in the cold!
